Fish ambulthiyal can be included in a menu of white rice, tempered dhal curry and gotukola sambol, with a dash of "Mc Currie" finest pickles or achcharus.
GARLIC PASTE

Garlic paste is normally classified for its medicinal values and "Mc Currie" Garlic Paste is just that. Packed with nutrients and spices from our very own range, Garlic has been turned into a paste. GORAKA PASTE

"Mc Currie" Goraka Paste is prepared using fresh goraka, salt, water and permitted preservatives. It is better than using plain goraka, as this paste enhances the flavor of your curries, especially Fish Ambulthiyal and Kirihodi (a traditional coconut soup dish in Sri Lanka). A dash of "Mc Currie" goraka paste in your fish curry can turn it into a mouthwatering dish which will go best with plain white rice, potato vegetable and gotukola sambol.
TAMARIND PULP
